The Vitality 5K will take place rain or shine on Saturday, September 23rd at Crown Mountain Park in El Jebel, CO.

Event Details

Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot by the pavilion

Time of Events:

9:00 am - Registration/ Check-In Opens - Fill out a prize ticket for a chance to win a pair of walking poles made by Leiki

9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Resource Fair & Boxing Demonstration by Paul Shaffer

10:00 am - Fun Run Start

10:15 am - Walk Start

** Please remember to bring a hat, sunscreen, a light jacket if the weather is cool, and wear comfy shoes

 

*There will be 4 Water Stations Along the Course

*Leashed and Well Behaved Dogs are Welcome

Enjoy a Day with family, friends, and meet new people, and support Parkinson Association of the Rockies

If you need anything, please find a volunteer wearing a lime green or dark blue volunteer shirt for Assistance
