How the 2024 Vitality 5K Walk Supports the Parkinson Association of the Rockies

Your participation in Vitality 5K helps Parkinson Association of the Rockies (PAR) push boundaries and invest in programs and services that are a lifeline to those with Parkinson’s, their Care Partners, and their families. 100% of the proceeds stay in communities throughout Colorado and Wyoming to help us provide free services, including: assessments, 50+ support groups, 75 exercise classes, educational opportunities, use of our equipment loan program, and access to PAR’s information and referral helpline to answer immediate questions concerning the many aspects of Parkinson’s.

Join Us for the Annual Vitality 5K Walk: Sunday, June 9

Sign up as an individual, join a team, or create your own team to get your friends, family and coworkers involved! Participate in the 5K walk for free and fundraise/donate your way to prizes and bragging rights:

• $75 = 2024 Vitality T-shirt
• $250 = Vitality T-shirt and Gym Bag
• Bonus: Every $500 Raised or Donated = 1 Grand Prize Ticket

PAR provides the tools and resources you need to be a successful fundraiser, have fun, and promote the Vitality 5K with your friends and family!

3 Walk Options

Walk or run as little or as much as you want! The park offers three options:

• 1-mile course
• 1.5-mile course
• 5K (3 laps of the 1-mile course)

Virtual Vitality Option

If you can’t make it to a walk, go ahead and register for a location (as an individual or team) to donate and access fundraising tools. You can host an informal walk or run in your area, or simply stay in while still helping support the Parkinson’s community.
